ALUMINUM CYLINDER:

Cylinders obtained by gravity casting in specific steel shells.

Material: primary aluminum alloy with high silicon content, tempered and stabilized.

Processing: on high precision numerical control machine tools.

Barrel with silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel matrix and crossed sanding with passages of diamonds with very tight tolerances.

Recalculated heat exchange surfaces.

Exhaust ducts and transfers designed and tested for maximum thermodynamic efficiency.

Dimensional controls of shape and roughness.

Cylinder piston coupling selections of 0.010-0.005 mm.

Check of the hydraulic seals carried out at 100%.
