Mhr team crankshaft with 13 conrod 90 pin and 44 mm stroke. Malossi code: 5317822.

IMPROVEMENTS SINCE THE PREVIOUS VERSION:

10% more inertial mass.

Reinforced connecting rod to withstand higher loads.

Sprocket-side crankshaft increased driveshaft cross-sectional area by 10% resulting in increased strength.

Increased oil seal, drive side, from shaft diameter 19mm to 20mm, increasing shaft strength.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Half shaft material: 18 Ni Cr Mo5.

Half shafts and forged monolithic rotating masses.

Machining on high precision machine tools.

Five heat treatments on all components.

High surface finish to improve reliability.

Dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm.

Forged connecting rod in 18 Ni Cr Mo5 copper plated, coupled to shaft with high speed precision roller bearing.

N.B.: INTERVENTIONS ON THE CRANKCASE, BORING.

ONLY COMBINE WITH thermal units 3115385 - 3115883 (3113042/.T0 AFTER FITTING SPACER 0716345).
