Lambda O2 Malossi controller 5519123B emulator
Code: 5519123B
The use of the new O2 controller allows the management of the carburetion in the area where the Lambda probe controls the title of the fuel-air mixture to be introduced into the combustion chamber. This device is able to make the lambda probe work at a different value from the stoichiometric value, enriching the A/F (Air/Fuel ratio) ratio to improve torque and power while respecting the DNA of the engine.
The main objective of the Malossi research and development department is to ensure that for each vehicle there is a corresponding calibration designed to optimize performance and consumption.
Complete control of the carburetion is obtained by combining the O2 controller with the Force Master ECU. The synergy of these two devices has no limits, the whole listed plan is managed, controlled and optimized, for any processing stage proposed by Malossi.
The evolution that engine control systems have had over the last few years has led to the design of this new version. The emulation of the Lambda sensor signals is now perfectly corresponding to the original sensor, while the aesthetic look has been refined and has been enriched with an essential optical interface, which emulates the real functioning of the device.
The Power LED allows you to check the correct power supply, while the remaining two LEDs show the carburetion title. When the vehicle is switched on, the power led and the Rich led (rich carburetion) come on. After a probe warm-up period, if you are in the Lambda closed loop control area, the two Rich and Lean LEDs will light up alternately. This type of behavior highlights the correct functioning of the device through a continuous calibration of the A/F titre.
