The BMC air filter is made up of two layers of aluminum mesh with an epoxy coating placed to protect the structure of the mesh, which binds the filtering material in oiled cotton, arranged in several layers. This guarantees a high level of filtering efficiency and minimum loss load, i.e. the difference between the air to be filtered and the filtered air. The oil used helps in the retention of impurities contained in the air, allowing continuous filtration. The cotton filter element is co-molded inside an external support frame that fits directly into the air-box and characterizes its perfect installation. Each phase of the production process (from design to production) is carried out in Italy by Italian technicians using the best materials.
