Malossi Scooter Racing MHR Exhaust

The Scooter Racing MHR Malossi exhausts are designed to achieve maximum performance in combination with the 100 cc cylinder.
All exhausts are made of sheet metal with a constant thickness of 0.8 mm, laser cut and assembled with precision through robotic T.I.G. and M.I.G. welding, as well as manual oxyacetylene welding, hand-clinched. They are equipped with a calibrating nozzle that respects very strict tolerances, ensuring that the internal pressure always remains within the correct values. Each exhaust is repainted with transparent paint and supplied with a black anodized aluminum silencer with the Malossi logo.
Scooter Racing MHR Exhaust: born to win
The cylinder attachment system includes a three-hole light alloy connection, designed to guarantee optimal passage of the burnt gases and optimize dynamics. The connection of the black anodized aluminum silencer has been simplified: it is now joined to the expansion of the muffler through an elegant and lightweight system with a single fixing screw.
