The Scooter Racing Malossi exhausts have been designed and manufactured with the sole aim of achieving the highest possible performance in combination with the cylinder for which they are designed. Each evolutionary step of the Malossi exhaust systems is the result of fluid dynamic studies that determine with absolute precision the ideal shapes and dimensions.
Only perfect exhausts characterized by production homogeneity can boast the Malossi coat of arms. The production technology is common to all Scooter Racing, with the only differences found in the fractionation of the cones.
All Scooter Racing exhausts are made from sheet metal with a constant thickness of 0.8 mm, laser cut, precision welded and equipped with a calibrating nozzle to always keep the internal pressure within optimal values.
The development of exhausts proceeds hand in hand with that of Malossi cylinders, making it essential to match the exhaust with the cylinder to obtain maximum performance.
All Scooter Racing are equipped with an aluminum silencer, anodized Nitro blue.
MHR TEAM 3 and MHR BIG BORE Ø 52
MHR Team 3 and MHR Big Bore Ø 52 are the new names of the Scooter Racing exhausts intended for the Testa Rossa Flanged Mount cylinders, 70 and 94 cc respectively. They are characterized by an upwards-facing cone profile and an even more dynamic look.
Malossi engineers have obtained an increase in power and widened the range of action, with the maximum rpm at 14,100 for the 70 cc and 13,800 for the 94 cc.
The cylinder attachment system includes a four-hole light alloy connection to optimize the flow of burnt gases. This solution, adopted by the MHR Team 2 exhausts, is new for the Big Bore Ø 52 version.
The connection of the Nitro blue anodized aluminum silencer has been simplified with an elegant and lightweight system, fixed with a single screw.
