Technical features:
High efficiency sponge air filters made of cross-linked flexible polyurethane foam based on polyester. They consist of two layers of sponge; a finer one in blue with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open one in black with a porosity of 30 PPI. The fine layer filters only the smaller particles while maintaining its characteristics longer as they do not come into contact with the larger particles that have not passed the pre-filtration carried out by the primary layer. The external surface is distinguished by being wavy, offering greater entry of air flows but at the same time retaining 50% more of the coarse dust. Filter efficiency according to European Standards EN779 of grade G3-G4; with weight efficiency higher than 90% and in particular over 50% with particles of 1 micron. Greater capacity to retain dust by impregnating the filter with specific oil for sponge filters. Possibility of regenerating and cleaning the filter with washing and drying. MORE PERFOMANCE The "Polini Original Air Filters" are interchangeable with the original ones, improving the air flows during the intake phase. Thanks to their characteristic of perfectly filtering and purifying the air, they optimize the air-gasoline mixture by increasing the values so as to make the engine highly performing.
